PAYMENT


Payment will be made via our payment processing partner iPay88. We accept Credit Cards and Direct Online Banking.

This is for Malaysian bank accounts only: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, FPX, RHB Online, Hong Leong Online, AmOnline, Affin Bank and Bank Rakyat.


SHIPPING

  1. Where do we ship?

We currently ship to Malaysia and Singapore.


  1. How much is Shipping?

Shipping is RM 9 for West Malaysia, RM 12 for East Malaysia.

*Gift box deliveries will be charged differently, please contact us for enquiries. 

 

  1. When will I receive my order?

Delivery is within 2-3 working days upon confirmation. Please note that we do not ship on weekends and Public Holidays.

For customized items, there is a 5 working days processing time after payment is made.


Disclaimer:

In the event that a wrong mailing address is provided and Styleper is only notified after the order has been shipped, redelivery fee will be charged to the customer.


RETURNS/REFUND


  1. What is your return policy?

Please note that we do not accept returns. Goods sold are final.

We only accept returns/refund if goods received are faulty.


  1. What if I receive a faulty/incorrect item?

If you have a concern with a faulty or incorrect item, please email us at ask@styleper.com within 1 week of receiving the item.  We will urgently review the matter for you!

Kindly note that:

  • Return of product(s) due to defects or incorrect item is only acceptable within 1 week of receiving  your order.
  • We advice that all items returned to us should be sent with a tracking number.
  • Styleper will not be held liable should there be any loses or damages during delivery.
